News Now- People’s History Sir George Williams Riot/Computer Incident At Concordia. January 29,2013

On today’s People’s history spotlight we focus on the incident of 1968, when six Caribbean students at Sir George Williams University (now part of Concordia University, Montreal) accused a biology lecturer of racism. The students wanted the university to set up a committee to investigate the charges and they demanded that the students themselves be represented on the committee.
